Our Mission
At IGAD, Inc. (I Gave A Duck), our mission is to inspire, empower, and mobilize individuals to care deeply and take bold action on the issues that matter most. Through education, advocacy, and hands-on support, we are building a global community of compassionate change-makers committed to protecting the environment, strengthening communities, and supporting families raising children on the autism spectrum.
We believe that when people truly “give a duck,” every act of kindness, awareness, and advocacy—no matter how small—can lead to meaningful, lasting change. From environmental action to supporting families in need, IGAD empowers people to turn care into impact and help create a better world for everyone.
About Us
IGAD, Inc. (I Gave A Duck) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded on a simple but powerful idea: caring is a catalyst for change. We exist to encourage people everywhere to “give a duck”—to care enough to take action on the issues impacting our communities, our environment, and our future.
Our work centers around three core pillars:
Supporting families raising children on the autism spectrum,
Championing environmental stewardship, and
Strengthening communities through volunteerism and education.
By providing the tools, resources, and opportunities individuals need to transform their concern into impact, we empower everyday people to make a real difference. Whether it’s equipping caregivers, organizing grassroots initiatives, or supporting aligned organizations through strategic donations, IGAD turns compassion into measurable change.
With the support of generous donors and grant funding, we identify needs and deliver resources where they will have the greatest immediate impact. We believe that when people come together with purpose and passion, we can create a more connected, sustainable, and caring world.
Join our movement. Give a duck—and change the world.
